At Tharionyx Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with IRAXIS. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for our subscription services.
Summary
We offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of your subscription when you cancel. Refunds are calculated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation. If you don't cancel, your annual subscription will begin after the trial ends.
2. Pro-Rata Refund Policy
If you cancel your paid subscription, you are entitled to a pro-rata refundfor the unused portion of your current billing period.
2.1 How Pro-Rata Refunds Are Calculated
The refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund = (Days Remaining / Total Days in Billing Period) × Amount PaidExample:
- You paid $159/month for the Growth plan
- You cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing period
- Days remaining: 20 days
- Refund calculation: (20 / 30) × $159 = $106.00
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the pro-rata refund is calculated based on complete months remaining:
Refund = (Months Remaining / 12) × Annual Amount PaidNote: The refund for annual subscriptions is calculated using the discounted annual rate, not the monthly equivalent rate.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your IRAXIS account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your refund will be processed automatically

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
4.2 Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Your refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees (if applicable) for Enterprise plans
- Custom development work or professional services
- Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased separately
- Overages for automated business tasks beyond plan limits
6. Account Termination for Violations
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Serviceor Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refundfor any prepaid fees.
7. Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at your next billing cycle
- You retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing period
- No refund is issued for downgrades; instead, you pay the lower rate going forward
8. Upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
- You gain immediate access to upgraded features
- You are charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Your next billing cycle reflects the new plan rate
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at billing@tharionyx.com. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
10. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan customers may have custom billing and refund terms as specified in their individual service agreements. The terms of your agreement supersede this general Refund Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
